Payment Method
The payment method for subscription via the website is credit card only. Subscription via bank slip must be done through the Chat or Email support channels (sales@blackarrowtrading.com).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 7 days: The first charge is made after the 7th day of the product trial. If canceled within 7 days, no charge will be made.
- Cancellation after 7 days: For monthly subscriptions, cancellation can be done at any time, and the license will end at the conclusion of the monthly contract. For semi-annual and annual plans, the cancellation request must be made through the support channels, chat or email (customersuccess@blackarrowtrading.com), and if cancellation occurs within the agreed period of the contract, the refund will have a 50% discount on the proportional value corresponding to the remaining period until the end of the subscription.
