The Order Book consolidates all buy and sell orders for a financial instrument, organized by price level. Its data is electronically distributed by the Exchanges, providing market participants with a view of market depth, including how far orders are stacked and in what quantity.
Filter relevant orders by size, time interval, and specific market participants, and monitor instrument availability through different views available in the lower tabs of the Order Book window in the Profit platforms.
To add the Order Book to your workspace, access the Tools menu or click the Order Book icon on the Toolbar:
Top Tab
This section displays information about the selected instrument, such as the last traded price, price variation, time of the last trade, volume, number of trades, opening price, closing price, among other details. Currently, this section does not allow customization or configuration changes.
To hide it, select the Description option:
Lower Tabs
Prices
Displays the total number of orders for the instrument by price range.
On the left side, in blue, are the buy orders for the selected instrument, while on the right side of the tool, the sell orders are displayed in red.
To change the instrument, right-click the ticker symbol in the top tab and select one of the available options:
Depth
Displays the cumulative quantity of orders by price level.
For example, the cumulative quantity of buy orders from levels 1 through 5 is 7, while on the sell side there are 5 contracts:
In the Depth tab, the total number of contracts is aggregated, and the average price based on the contract quantity is also calculated.
Note: In OTC markets, market depth will not be available. Only the best bid and best ask will be displayed.

Chart
Monitor order quantities by price level through a practical and comprehensive graphical view. The Chart tab provides an instant visualization of the cumulative orders and the spread between supply (light pink sell line) and demand (purple buy line).
The horizontal axis represents quantity, while the vertical axis represents price levels:
Orders
One of the most commonly used tabs, the Orders tab displays orders and market participants according to the applied filters.
Highlight relevant orders and specific participants, and define the displayed lot size.
