Define default parameters for specific symbols or entire watchlists, ensuring greater speed and risk management during your trades.
To begin, go to the Trade menu and select Trading Settings:
Within Default Settings, use the Default Values tab to adjust the platform's general preferences:
Default Quantity: The default quantity will be applied every time you switch symbols, provided it is supported by the symbol and there is no default quantity already defined in the Symbol Predefined Values.
Maximum Quantity: The default maximum quantity will be applied every time you switch symbols, provided it is supported by the symbol and there is no maximum quantity already defined in the Symbol Predefined Values.
Default Validity/TIF: The default time-in-force (validity) will be applied every time you switch symbols, provided it is supported by the Exchange.
Save quantity when switching tabs: The quantity selected on a tab will remain configured even if the user switches to another tab. Upon returning to the initial tab, the previously defined quantity will be maintained.
Use Default Account: The selected default account will be applied every time a new trading tool is opened.
Predefined values for total orders: You can adjust the Currency used and define the Total buttons with the respective values you want to be displayed on ChatTrading.
Predefined strategies: You can adjust the settings so that the buttons for the respective strategies appear on ChatTrading.
To make the buttons for the respective Total values and Strategies appear on ChartTrading, you must adjust the settings through the Trading menu, Settings. In the sidebar, select the Chart option, click on ChartTrading, and then go to Sidebar. Locate the Predefined values field, select the Total Orders option, and define the number of buttons you want to view. The same adjustment can be made for Strategies to choose the exact number of buttons that will appear on ChatTrading.
In the Symbol Predefined Values tab, add one or more symbols to the symbol list. When selecting one of these, define its default quantity, the quantity button display, maximum quantity, trading account, OCO strategy, and offset.
The configured default will be applied to the chart's Quick Order, Scalper, and Chart Trading panels, as well as the SuperDOM.
Note: The BlackArrow Plus and BlackArrow One versions only allow default quantity configurations.]
Quantity Field
To define a default quantity, check the corresponding option. Select the quantity that will appear in the Quantity field of the order entry panel, from the options Qty 1 to Qty 6. The options Qty 1 to Qty 6 will then be linked to the layout of the quantity buttons.

Step 1: Adjust the Symbol Predefined Values and set the display to 6 buttons.
Step 2: Go to the Trading menu and open Settings. In the sidebar, select the Chart option, click on ChartTrading, and then go to Sidebar. Finally, locate the Predefined values field and change the Quantity to 6.
For each symbol, Chart Trading features different default values, including the lot quantity buttons.

2 - Quantity of the last order sent for that symbol, whether executed or not.
3 - In the absence of the previous ones, the minimum lot size of the symbol.
