SuperDOM is a trading tool available within the Order Book, allowing you to route predefined orders automatically through AutoOp technology.
Access SuperDOM by clicking the Tools menu:
To enable the SuperDOM Trading Panel, right-click anywhere on the tool. Under Visibility, select the desired option:
Under Book Properties, in the Trade tab, select the Operating Mode to define how orders will be routed, using either Default mode or One Click Trading:
Default: Uses the keyboard to execute trades.
To place orders, simply double-click any cell in the order columns and enter the desired quantity. If the selected cell is in the Buy Qty column, a buy order will be sent. If it is in the Sell Qty column, a sell order will be sent.
To change the order price, simply drag the order to the desired price level.
To increase the order size, hold the Ctrl key and left-click the order.
To reduce the order size, hold the Shift key and left-click the order.
Open the Settings menu by right-clicking.
One Click Trading: Designed for trading using only the mouse.
To place orders, left-click on the desired price level.
Reduce the order size with the right mouse button.
Open the Settings menu using the mouse middle button (scroll wheel).
Still under the Execution tab, you can configure the Automatic Stop.
If you place a Limit or Stop order in the SuperDOM and want it to be executed only at a specific price level instead of being immediately filled at market, the Automatic Stop setting must be enabled.
If this option is disabled, orders will be sent as market orders whenever they are above the best ask in the case of buy orders, or below the best bid in the case of sell orders.
Under the Visibility tab, choose between the default layout or the scalper layout, changing the arrangement of the price level columns:
Volume At Price in SuperDOM
Add Volume At Price to visualize trading volume directly at each price level within SuperDOM. Open the main Settings menu and, under Volume At Price, configure the Columns, Volume Type, and Period options.
Under Columns, the Volume At Price option displays green bars on the left side of SuperDOM. The Aggression Columns display blue bars for buying pressure and red bars for selling pressure.
Under Volume Type, select between Financial Volume, Quantity Volume, or Number of Trades.
Under Period, define the data interval displayed for the instrument in Volume At Price.
Note: Volume At Price in SuperDOM is an exclusive feature available only in BlackArrow Pro and BlackArrow Ultra.
Sending Limit Orders
To place a limit order or rest an order in the Order Book, submit buy orders below the current market price and sell orders above the current traded price.
Sending Market Orders
A market order, also known as an aggressive order, is executed at the last traded price or the best available price in the market. Use the keyboard, mouse, or the Buy Market and Sell Market buttons to submit the order.
Sending Stop Orders
A stop order can be used either as an entry order or as a stop-loss order. It remains stored within the platform and will only be sent once the market reaches the specified price level. Buy stop orders are positioned above the current price, while sell stop orders are positioned below it.
Price Centering
Instantly center the price ladder displayed in SuperDOM using the Center Now function by pressing the Insert key on your keyboard.
Or select the desired option under Auto Center:
OCO Orders (AutoOp)
Automate your trade exits in BlackArrow by routing orders using an OCO strategy.
Before placing an order, select a strategy previously configured in the Trading Strategy Editor:
Colored Bars Indicating Key Market Interest Levels
The colored bars displayed beside certain price levels indicate key market reference points.
These levels include Settlement Price [displayed for futures instruments], Opening Price, and the VWAP indicator.
Displaying these levels directly in SuperDOM helps traders make faster entry and exit decisions. This setting is enabled by default and cannot be disabled:
You can also find these and other configuration options under the SuperDOM tab in the Book Properties window:
Configure only the selected SuperDOM, or apply the settings to all other SuperDOM windows before clicking OK to save.
