BlackArrow Mobile allows you to use settings created on the desktop version of the platform, providing a more consistent experience across devices. By syncing your settings, you can access studies, OCO strategies, coloring rules, and other compatible features directly in the app. Note: Indicators purchased through the NeloStore and chart background color are not synced.
How to enable sync
To enable synchronization between your computer (desktop) and the BlackArrow Mobile app, you need to enable the Enable Sync option on the desktop version of the platform.
To do this, go to Settings (gear icon), then locate Others and click Sync.
Once enabled, compatible settings can be synchronized between BlackArrow Desktop and BlackArrow Mobile.
Important: Synchronization occurs from the last logged-in version to the others (Desktop, Mobile, Web, and Mac). For example, if your Desktop does not have studies and you added studies on Mobile, enabling synchronization will cause the server to import those studies to Desktop as well upon logging in.
